开心果与控制体重


如果你天天都吃开心果,那么你就不用担心减肥不能品尝美味了。每份一盎司的开心果共有49粒,比起其它的坚果,同等重量的开心果颗粒更多一些, 但49粒开心果只有160卡路里的热量!
